You're gonna need a bigger backpack. This damn thing is larger than a phonebook (for those of you that remember such things). Well organized, with helpful commentary considering Congress frequently AIN'T clear with the statute-ing, it's a must for getting through any properly grueling Civ Pro class. OH, and the cover is DARK green, not light.
